Vine leaves are collected from selected vineyards of Samos by our specialized crew and transported to the packing house. They are packaged and pasteurized in glass jars. The whole process, from the collection of the vine until pasteurization is completed within a few hours, so you have your plate full of the freshness of May leaves.
