Handmade carob cookies. They are called "festive", because traditionally they were offered as a treat for weddings or birthdays for good luck (good root). The Nicaragua brothers make the "hot" cookies, following a family recipe and using materials such as local wheat flour, Cretan olive oil and fluffy almonds from the area of Mylopotamos. At the same time, "warm" does not contain eggs, butter or other dairy products and is suitable for vegetarianism.
